Expertly seasoned for a beautiful presentation, this white meat turkey breast roast is ready to impress. It comes generously sized, perfect for feeding a crowd or a smaller group for several days. And as good as it tastes, your family will never know how easy it was to prepare.
Thaw under refrigeration for 2-3 days. Preheat oven to 350° F. Do not remove from cooking bag. Place turkey in a 2 inch deep roasting pan. Puncture cooking bag with one air hole near top of the bag.
Roast for 16-20 minutes per pound. (2 – 2.5 hours)
Bag will inflate during cooking (don’t poke any additional holes.)
After 2.25 - 2.5 hours check the internal temperature with an instant read thermometer. Insert the thermometer in the thickest part of the roast for the most accurate reading. Remove the turkey when the internal temperature reaches 165° F.
Let rest for 20 minutes. Remove cooking bag and serve.
