Cooking tips: Place your Rastelli Oven Ready Beef Tenderloin Roast, sealed in its oven bag, into the refrigerator overnight to defrost. When ready to cook preheat oven to 425F, place roast into an oven safe roasting pan. Using a toothpick or knife make a small hole in the top to release air as it cooks. Then place into the oven and cook for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350 F and continue to cook for 30 to 40 minutes until it reaches 135F using a meat thermometer. (Oven times may vary depending on your oven).
